Create detailed marketing plans, set measurable objectives, and analyze the effectiveness of each campaign.
Manage and grow our social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies as needed to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Conceptualize and organize BTL activities, including events, workshops, and seminars, to engage with potential clients directly.
Collaborate with partners and vendors to create impactful BTL campaigns that align with our brand messaging.
Analyze marketing data and prepare regular reports to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies and suggest improvements.
Collaborate with the creative team, content writers, and external agencies to develop compelling marketing materials.
Provide leadership and guidance to the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative working environment.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
Proven managerial experience (5+ years) in digital marketing, with a focus on social media, Google Ads, and BTL promotions.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed marketing decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing strategies.
Experience in the immigration industry is a plus but not mandatory.
Proficiency in social media management tools, Google Ads, and website analytics platforms.
