JOB – Marketing Manager

Job descriptions:

  • Devise comprehensive marketing strategies that include social media campaigns, Google Ads, and Below-The-Line activities to promote our immigration services.
  • Create detailed marketing plans, set measurable objectives, and analyze the effectiveness of each campaign.
  • Manage and grow our social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies as needed to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Conceptualize and organize BTL activities, including events, workshops, and seminars, to engage with potential clients directly.
  • Collaborate with partners and vendors to create impactful BTL campaigns that align with our brand messaging.
  • Analyze marketing data and prepare regular reports to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies and suggest improvements.
  • Collaborate with the creative team, content writers, and external agencies to develop compelling marketing materials.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative working environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven managerial experience (5+ years) in digital marketing, with a focus on social media, Google Ads, and BTL promotions.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed marketing decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Experience in the immigration industry is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools, Google Ads, and website analytics platforms.
