Sales Specialist

Job Description:

  • Implement sales processes and analyze target markets.
  • Attract new customers and maintain relationships with existing ones.
  • Provide weekly and monthly sales reports, ensuring goal achievement.
  • Investigate and propose solutions to increase sales.
  • Analyze customer needs, current market conditions, and competitor information.

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum experience in sales and marketing (familiarity with immigration is an advantage).
  • Knowledge of effective long-term relationship-building, negotiation, and customer persuasion.
  • Possess a proactive, responsible, and reliable attitude with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Capability to address potential customer inquiries through various channels (online, phone, and in-person).
  • Proficiency in evaluating leads from digital platforms such as websites or social networks and collaborating with relevant departments.
  • Motivation to acquire new knowledge and study product information for professional development.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems.
