Front-End Developer

– Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement scalable and maintainable frontend solutions using React, Next.JS, and Redux.
• Develop reusable components and libraries for future use.
• Implement responsive designs using Tailwind CSS and Shadcn/UI, ensuring cross-browser compatibility.
• Collaborate with designers to create and maintain a robust design system across the organization.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in JavaScript and TypeScript, adhering to “Clean Code” principles.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  Implement testing strategies using Jest to ensure high code coverage.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Connect frontend applications to backend services Stay up-to-date with emerging frontend technologies and industry best practices.

– Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as a frontend developer.
• Strong proficiency in React, Next.JS, Redux, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience with SSR, RSC, and other rendering strategies in Next.JS.
• Expertise in using Tailwind CSS for styling.
• Understanding of design systems and how to promote their adoption across teams.
• Knowledge of testing methodologies and experience with Jest.
• Familiarity with databases and SQL.
• Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira.
• Proficiency with git flows and resolving conflicts in source control.
• Proven track record of delivering at least 3 successful frontend products.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

– Key Strengths:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with Storybook and Husky.
• Familiarity with design patterns.
