Account Manager

We are hiring English Proficient Account Managers to join our growing team. Although having previous experience for this position is not a must we ask that you Do Not Apply if you do not have a relatively advanced knowledge of English language.

In this role, you’ll be working closely with a portfolio of clients very closely for long periods of time. Your main responsibility will be to guide them through the different stages of their journey by offering timely updates, answering questions, and helping them stay informed and confident throughout the process.

You’ll act as the main point of contact between the client and our internal team. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, a detail-oriented mindset and a natural sense of organization. You don’t need a technical background, but you do need to be comfortable explaining timelines, coordinating details, and maintaining positive relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients
  • Provide clear, regular updates on the progress for each client
  • Creating Documents, lists, and relevant content
  •  Answer client questions with accuracy and patience, ensuring they feel informed and supported
  • Coordinate with internal teams to track milestones, gather necessary documents, and follow up on pending items
  • Maintain accurate client records, update status trackers, and ensure no details are missed
  • Help create or improve internal documentation, FAQs, and templates for better client experience

 

Requirements:

  • Advanced level of English is mandatory (spoken and written) – part of the interview will be conducted in English
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excell, PowerPoint, Canva
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
  • A proactive communicator with a professional and friendly tone

 

Optional:

  • Previous experience in account management, client relations, or customer-facing roles
  • Knowledge of scrum and agile methodologies
  • Familiarity with Trello
