Junior Product Owner

Job Description:

  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business objectives; write clear user stories; collaborate closely with the development team to ensure shared understanding and timely value delivery.
  • Contribute to defining and driving the product vision and roadmap; align product strategy with business goals; support data-driven decision-making by monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize the product’s growth trajectory.
  • Make decisions regarding product features, scope, and priorities; accept or reject sprint deliverables based on the Definition of Done.
  • Maintain a healthy balance between developing new features and managing technical debt.
  • Gather and validate requirements from customers and stakeholders; manage expectations across different groups; provide regular product progress reports; and facilitate effective communication between business and technical teams.
  • Plan and coordinate product releases; ensure all teams are fully prepared for successful launches; collaborate on go-to-market strategies; and monitor product performance post-release.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of the Scrum framework and Agile principles.
  • Excellent communication skills with a high level of stakeholder management capability.
  • Ability to make sound decisions under high-pressure conditions.
  • Experience working with backlog management and product roadmap planning tools.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
  • Customer-centric approach with a solid understanding of business concepts.
