PTE Academic Consultant

Job Description:

• Provide expert consultation on the structure, format, and question types of the PTE Academic exam.
• Review and validate Mock test content to ensure scientific accuracy and alignment with official PTE standards.
• Deliver in-depth analysis of scoring criteria and the functioning of PTE evaluation algorithms.
• Contribute to the design of standard, realistic practice questions for all four skills: Speaking, Writing, Reading, and Listening.
• Identify common candidate challenges and propose product improvement solutions to address these issues.
• Collaborate closely with developers and content creators to deliver an authentic, test-like user experience.
• Continuously monitor updates and changes to the PTE exam format and implement them into the product.

Requirements:

• PTE Academic score of 79+ (or an equivalent and relevant certification).
• At least 2 years of experience in teaching, coaching, or preparing candidates for the PTE exam.
• Deep knowledge of question types, timing, and the PTE scoring system.
• High attention to detail and strong commitment to academic accuracy.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications (Advantages):

• Familiarity with online learning platforms (e-learning) or EdTech products.
• Experience in content creation or curriculum design for language proficiency exams.
• Educational background in linguistics, English language teaching (ELT), or education.
• Familiarity with other standardized tests such as IELTS, TOEFL, or Duolingo.
